How do I become a bail bond
agent?
The bail bonding industry is regulated in
most States by the Insurance Department. In some cases, the status
of Professional Bondsman exist, which permit individuals to self-insure
and register their information with the local Sheriff and county
officials. You will need to contact your Insurance Department in
your State to determine what requirements are needed. You can also
